Ingredients

  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 6 slices Smoked bacon
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons (grated) Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet or nonstick pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Cook the smoked bacon slices until crispy, about 3-5 minutes on each side. Remove and place on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess grease.

Step 3

While the bacon cooks, prepare the mayo spread: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined. Set aside.

Wash and pat dry the romaine lettuce leaves. Slice the tomato into thin rounds and set them aside.
