Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal. Set aside.

In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and unsalted butter.

Set the saucepan over low heat and stir constantly with a spatula until the chocolate chips and butter are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
