Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Once hot, sear the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
