  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.75 cup Dry white wine
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) Canned artichoke hearts, drained and halved
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Dredge the chicken in all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
