  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 12 ounces Egg noodles
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish and set aside.

Step 2

Boil the chicken breasts in a large pot of water for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the water and shred it using two forks. Set aside.

Step 3

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.

Remove the casserole from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley.
