  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 4 servings cooked rice

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef sirloin thinly against the grain into bite-sized strips and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and cornstarch until well combined. Set the sauce mixture aside.
