Ingredients

  • 400 grams Penne pasta
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 medium Bell peppers (assorted colors, diced)
  • 100 grams Spinach leaves (fresh)
  • 200 grams Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 250 ml Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 100 grams Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a large baking dish with olive oil and set aside.

Step 2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 3

In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the diced bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes until tender. Stir in the spinach leaves and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.
