  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash all vegetables thoroughly under running water.

Step 2

Peel the cucumber if desired and dice it into bite-sized pieces.

Step 3

Halve the cherry tomatoes, or leave them whole if small.

Remove the seeds and core from the red bell pepper and chop it into small squares.

Step 5
