  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 120 ml plain yogurt
  • 60 ml water
  • 10 leaves mint leaves
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 leaves extra mint leaves

Directions

Step 1

Wash the strawberries thoroughly, hull them, and cut them in half.

Step 2

Slice the jalapeno in half, remove the seeds and membrane for a milder heat, and chop it finely.

Step 3

Peel the cucumber, slice it in half lengthwise, remove the seeds with a spoon, and chop it into small pieces.

In a blender, combine the strawberries, jalapeno, cucumber, lime juice, honey, plain yogurt, water, mint leaves, salt, and black pepper.

Step 5

Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.

Step 7

Transfer the soup to a sealed container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill thoroughly.

Step 8

Before serving, give the soup a quick stir and pour it into bowls or glasses.
