  • 8 slices Deli turkey slices
  • 8 slices Deli ham slices
  • 8 slices Cheddar cheese slices
  • 4 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 16 leaves Baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup Julienned carrots
  • 2 Green onion stalks

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and Dijon mustard until smooth and well combined.

Step 2

Lay a slice of deli turkey on a clean surface. Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture evenly across the slice.

Step 3

Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the turkey.

Step 4

Layer 2 baby spinach leaves, a small handful of julienned carrots, and one green onion stalk (trim to fit as needed) on top of the cheese.

Step 5
