  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Ice water
  • 4 pieces Ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

1. Peel the cucumbers and cut them into chunks. Reserve a small portion (a few slices) for garnish, if desired.

Step 2

Step 8

8. Garnish with thin slices of cucumber, a drizzle of olive oil, and a sprinkle of fresh dill or mint leaves, if desired.

Step 9

9. Serve the soup cold and enjoy!
