  • 0.5 cups Vegetable oil
  • 2 items Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cups Unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar, sifted
  • 3 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoons Instant espresso powder
  • 4 ounces Dark chocolate, melted and cooled

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
