  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons strong brewed coffee (for glaze)
  • 0.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
