  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 150 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, cream the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, dissolve the instant coffee granules in hot water and set aside to cool slightly.
