Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Prepare 6 ramekins and a large roasting pan for a water bath. Set aside.

Step 2

In a small saucepan, add the granulated sugar and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar melts and turns into a golden caramel (about 5-7 minutes). Be careful not to burn it.
