Ingredients

  • 50 grams brown sugar, packed

  • 90 grams all-purpose flour
  • 30 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and semi-sweet chocolate together in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until smooth. Let cool slightly.
