Ingredients

  • 4 pieces (6 ounces each) fresh cod fillets
  • 1 cup pine nuts
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1

Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with half the salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Lightly dredge each fillet in the all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess, and set aside.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the butter over medium heat.
