  • 500 milliliters Vegetable oil
  • 1 for serving Lemon wedges
  • 1 cup Tartar sauce

Directions

Step 1

Begin by poaching the cod fillets. Place the fillets in a pot and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a gentle simmer over medium heat and allow the cod to cook for about 8 to 10 minutes or until opaque and easily flaked with a fork.
