Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together.

Shape the mixture into small balls or bars using your hands. For consistency, you can use a tablespoon-sized scoop to portion the mixture.

Place the shaped coconut treats onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
