  • 2 tablespoons Red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 medium Carrot (thinly sliced)
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 150 grams Button mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 stalks Green onions (sliced)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the grated ginger, minced garlic, and red curry paste. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until aromatic.
