Directions

Step 1

Warm the 1 cup of milk slightly (to about 100°F/38°C) and add it to the bread machine pan.

Add 0.25 cup melted butter, a large egg, 0.25 cup granulated sugar, and 0.5 teaspoon salt into the pan.

Pour in 3 cups of all-purpose flour. Make a small well in the flour and add 2.25 teaspoons of instant yeast.
