  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 2 cups Fresh mango
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 4 servings Cooked jasmine rice

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
