  • 120 grams unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 120 grams macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
  • 200 grams sweetened condensed milk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line a 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar and light brown sugar until smooth.

Allow the butter-sugar mixture to cool slightly, then whisk in the eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated. Stir in the vanilla extract.
