  • 150 grams Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 120 grams Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 240 milliliters Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 2 large Eggs

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a standard 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, shredded coconut, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
