  • 4 Large egg yolks
  • 1 cup Whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Toast the shredded coconut by spreading it on a baking sheet and baking for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.
