Ingredients

  • 240 ml Freshly brewed coffee
  • 120 ml Coconut milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey or sweetener of choice
  • 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp Lemon zest
  • 5 pieces Ice cubes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Brew 240 ml of your favorite coffee and set it aside to slightly cool if you prefer to serve this drink iced.

Step 2

In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the coconut milk just until it steams. Avoid letting it boil.

Step 3

Stir the honey (or sweetener of choice), vanilla extract, and lemon zest into the coconut milk until well combined.
