Ingredients

  • 2 cups Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 0.5 cups Almonds (or nuts of your choice)

  • 0.5 cups Unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions

Step 1

Place the pitted Medjool dates in a food processor. Pulse until they form a sticky, smooth paste. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides.
