  • 120 ml Coconut milk
  • 100 grams Shredded coconut
  • 10 grams Powdered sugar (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 9-inch round or square baking pan. Line the pan with parchment paper for easy removal.

In a medium bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
