Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Stir in the unsweetened shredded coconut, ensuring it is evenly distributed throughout the dry mixture.

In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, vanilla extract, coconut extract (if using), and melted butter until smooth.
