  • 0.25 cups Milk
  • 0.5 cups Chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease each cup lightly.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.
