Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, combine the coconut milk and granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves completely.

In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to create a smooth slurry. Gradually whisk the slurry into the saucepan with the coconut milk mixture.
