  • 8 Large eggs
  • 2 cups Whole milk

  • 1 pound Cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups (loosely packed) Spinach leaves
  • 1 cup Diced red bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup Chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter (for greasing)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with the unsalted butter and set aside.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.

Step 3

Layer half of the cubed bread evenly in the prepared baking dish. Top with half of the cooked sausage, spinach, red bell peppers, green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
