  • 2 pounds Pork loin
  • 12 ounces Coca Cola
  • 0.5 cups Brown sugar
  • 0.25 cups Soy sauce
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

Step 2

Season the pork loin on all sides with paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3

In a large oven-safe skillet or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Sear the pork loin on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the pork and set aside on a plate.

In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.

Pour in the Coca Cola, soy sauce, and stir in the brown sugar until dissolved.
