Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Whole wheat pita pockets
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices Cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 pieces Hard-boiled eggs, diced
  • 1 whole Avocado, diced
  • 1 cup Crumbled blue cheese
  • 0.5 cup Ranch dressing (or dressing of choice)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet on medium heat and cook the bacon until crisp. Remove, let cool, and crumble into small pieces.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine diced chicken breast, crumbled bacon, chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, diced hard-boiled eggs, diced avocado, and crumbled blue cheese.
