  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise

  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Toast all 6 slices of bread until golden and crispy. Allow them to cool slightly.

Step 2

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork until smooth, and season with salt and black pepper.

Spread about 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise onto one side of each toasted bread slice.
