Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup roasted salted peanuts
  • 1 cup whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
  • 0.25 cup chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted unsalted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and the mixture resembles wet sand.

Step 2

Press the crust mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Use the bottom of a glass or measuring cup to pack it down firmly. Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill for at least 10 minutes.

Step 3

In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat the heavy cream until it starts to simmer (do not let it boil). Remove from heat and pour it over the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy. This forms a chocolate ganache.

Step 4

Pour half of the chocolate ganache into the chilled pie crust, spreading it evenly across the bottom. Reserve the remaining ganache for later use. Place the pie back in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set the first layer.

Step 5

Remove the pie from the refrigerator and spread the mini marshmallows evenly over the set chocolate layer. Sprinkle the roasted salted peanuts on top of the marshmallows, ensuring an even distribution.

Step 6

Drizzle the reserved chocolate ganache over the marshmallow and peanut layer. Use a spoon to create a decorative drizzle or cover as much of the top as you prefer.

Step 7

Place the pie in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2 hours, or until the ganache is fully set.

Step 8

Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if desired. Slice and enjoy!
