  • 100 grams granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 50 grams all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 6 dark chocolate truffles

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and grease six individual ramekins or muffin tins with butter. Dust them lightly with flour and set aside.

In a medium heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together over a double boiler or in the microwave (30-second increments, stirring between each). Stir until smooth and glossy. Set aside to cool slightly.
