  • 0.25 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, for garnish

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, heat the chicken or vegetable stock over medium heat until it starts to simmer.

Add the ginger slices to the pot and let them steep in the stock for 5 minutes to infuse the flavor.

Add the carrot, shiitake mushrooms, and baby bok choy to the pot. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender but still slightly crisp.
