Ingredients

  • 6 large Eggs
  • 6 large Egg whites
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 4 slices Turkey bacon
  • 1 cup Low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Low-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 as needed Nonstick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2

Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and crumble into small pieces.

Step 3

In the same skillet, sauté the spinach over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, just until wilted. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg whites, and low-fat milk until well combined.
