  • 4 pieces chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 0.5 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Step 3

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
