  • 250 grams sushi rice
  • 4 pieces nori sheets
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi
  • 4 tablespoons pickled ginger

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

Step 2

Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

Step 3

Once cooked, transfer the rice to a large bowl and let it cool slightly.

In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved.

Pour the vinegar mixture over the rice and gently fold until well combined. Let it cool to room temperature.

Slice the tuna into long, thin strips suitable for rolling.
