  • 14.5 ounces canned diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup beef broth
  • 0.5 cup golden raisins
  • 0.5 cup green olives, sliced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
