  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 kg meat (lamb or beef, bone-in)
  • 200 ml plain yogurt
  • 500 ml water
  • 0.25 cup fresh coriander leaves

Directions

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Step 3

Stir in the ginger garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.

Add the pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil starts to separate from the tomato mixture.
