  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp, chopped fresh cilantro
  • 200 ml water

Directions

Step 1

Clean and cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Stir in the minced garlic, ginger, and chopped green chili. Sauté for 2 minutes until the raw aroma disappears.
