Ingredients

  • 500 g All-purpose flour
  • 7 g Instant yeast
  • 10 g Salt
  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • 300 ml Warm water
  • 200 ml Tomato sauce
  • 250 g Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 150 g Cooked ham, sliced
  • 150 g Pineapple chunks
  • 5 g Dried oregano
  • 2 g Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine 500g all-purpose flour, 7g instant yeast, and 10g salt.

Step 2

Add 60ml olive oil and 300ml warm water to the dry ingredients. Mix until a rough dough forms.

Step 3

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Step 4

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat your oven to 225°C (437°F) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
