Directions

Step 1

Start by making a simple sauce by mixing mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl. Set it aside.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.

Once the butter is melted and starting to foam, add the bologna slices to the skillet. Cook them for about 2 minutes on each side until the edges are crispy and they have a nice golden brown color.
