  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano (dried)
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 0 toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat and transfer the beef to the crock pot.
