Ingredients

  • 6 slices White or whole wheat bread
  • 4 ounces Cooked turkey breast
  • 4 slices Cooked bacon
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Toast all 6 slices of bread until golden brown and set them aside to cool slightly.

Step 2

Spread one tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly over one side of each slice of toast.

Step 3

Slice the tomato into thin rounds and season lightly with salt and black pepper.

Step 4

To assemble the first layer, place one slice of toast (mayonnaise side up) on a clean work surface. Top it with two slices of turkey, a slice of bacon (cut in half if needed), and two slices of tomato.

Place a second slice of toast, mayonnaise side down, on top of the first layer. Spread mayonnaise on the top side of this slice as well.
