  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the vegetables. Slice the carrot, celery, and mushrooms. Chop the onion and green beans, and mince the garlic.

In a large saucepan, add the 1 liter of water and bring it to a boil over high heat.

Once the water is boiling, add the sliced carrot, celery, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the saucepan.

Add the sliced mushrooms and chopped green beans to the vegetables in the boiling water.
