Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth and creamy.

In a separate large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy using a hand or stand mixer.
